Terms and Conditions:

- The deposit for a reservation is set at 50% of the total amount of the booking during May, June, September and October (low season) and for July and August (high season) is necessary the full prepayment of the booking. The remaining amount for low season reservations is paid one day after the guest's arrival. In case the customer cancels his reservation, the amount is non-refundable but can be used for his future stay in the accommodation within the next 2 tourist periods.

- Check in and check out hour is considered 12.00 noon. For early or late check in/check out, please contact the accommodation for availability or additional costs

Notes:

1. Services concerning general cleaning and change of linen are provided twice a week, and garbage is collected on a daily basis.

2. Castle Vigla doesn't provide breakfast. However, a "welcome basket" is offered free of charge on the day of guests' arrival.

3. Parking space is provided free of charge.

4.  Pet accommodation is not possible.

5. The reservation is completed only by deposit or prepay the amount of the booking.

6. Any dispute that may arise between the customer/guest and an enterprise is resolved on the basis of Greek Legislation.
