The studios (one room for two people) and the apartments (traditional with two rooms for three people) consist of stone towers and traditional Lerian houses that are surrounded by a lovely green area of 20 sq.m.

All studios and apartments are functional and they have bedroom (two single beds or one double bed or one traditional bed), a small kitchen (fridge, hot plate, utensils, etc), bathroom (shower), air-conditioning and private veranda with view to the sea.

 
The quiet, unspoilt natural environment and the fantastic panoramic view in all accommodations to the historical Castle, Vromolithos, Panteli, the small island of Agia Kiriaki, the port of Lakki and the Aegean Sea in combination with the warm hospitality of the owners create the ideal conditions to relax.

- 1.5 km from Lakki and 5 km from Platanos, this complex connects to the rest of the island with an excellent road network.
- There is daily ferry connection with Piraeus-Patmos-Kalymnos-Kos-Rhodes and air connection with Athens.
- The nearest beaches, organized or not, are located at 500m (Vourlidia-Tourkopigado), 800m (Velanidia), 1000m (Vromolithos), etc.
- Tourists can take daily boat tours to close small islands (Lipsi, Arkioi, Agathonisi, Marathi, Aspronisia tc).
